This song existed from a very early stage in TDAD's development. Although all of the band members loved it, it was a song that didn't ever get played out or recorded due to the completely different nature of the song compared to other works.

Aaron Madrigal (Lead singer/guitarist for Lemon Sky) over heard the song as a fluke when he stopped by a TDAD practice and convinced the band to record it because he felt it was a waste not to.

Early workings of the song included Lucas on keyboard and the possibility of a violin. In the end it was discovered that it could be performed well with creativity on the standard instruments.
